72 pairs of statements
In each pair, choose the statement that sounds most like you across your adult life — not like the person you'd want to be.
The Enneagram describes nine personality strategies — the basic fear, the basic desire, and the path of growth each one takes. This test compares pairs of statements, in the style of the classic instruments, and estimates your type from the why behind your actions, not the what.
It takes 10 to 15 minutes. Your progress is saved in this browser, and your answers never leave it. We count how many people start and finish, and with which type and wing, without knowing who they are or what they answered.
In each pair, choose the statement that sounds most like you across your adult life — not like the person you'd want to be.
The questions aim at the fears and desires behind what you do. Different people do the same things for opposite reasons.
At the end you get your Enneagram type, your dominant wing, your scores across the nine types, and how you react under stress and in security.
